CONS: Must be careful when switching from Rotary Vane style motors, as the diaphragm pumps do not hold up under high backpressure conditions the way Rotary Vane pumps can so switch may not be advisable.

This stops the aerator from further damaging itself and dramatically increases the rebuild chances.
