Return Policy
To return any items, the following Merchandise Return Form must be printed, completed, and included in the box with your items. Septic Solutions, Inc. will not accept any returns without prior approval. If you have a product to be returned, you must call us first at 217-925-5992. Products may be returned within 30 days of invoiced date for a refund (excluding shipping/handling charges) if returned within that 30 days in the original unopened box. There will be no refunds on products that have been used. All returned merchandise must be returned in the condition it arrived including all original packaging and paperwork in order to receive a refund, credit, or replacement item.

Please submit any cancellation by calling Septic Solutions, Inc. on our business phone at 217-925-5992. Cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and e-mail address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been processed and shipped.

We suggest you contact our tech support team first to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. Then contact Septic Solutions, Inc. customer support at 217-925-5992 with your return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. If the Product proves defective during the warranty period, and you follow the instructions that we will provide to you for returning the Product, we will, at our option, take one of the following actions: (1) replace the Product with either a new or a refurbished Product that is the same as or similar to the Product you purchased; (2) repair the Product using either new or refurbished parts.
