Septic Solutions offers fast and free shipping on most items within the contiguous United States only. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require an extra charge. International shipping details are listed at the bottom of the page.

Shipping Information

Orders Ship in a Timely Manner
Most UPS orders placed before 1:30pm CST will be shipped the same day. UPS orders placed after that time may ship the same day, if not will ship the following day. Items that ship USPS Mail will ship the same day if ordered before 3:00pm CST.

Orders Ship Via UPS and USPS Mail
All items weighing over 1 lb are shipped via UPS Ground. These items include pumps, care products, alarms & floats, etc. All items weighing under 1 lb are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. These items usually include repair parts, filters, etc.

Shipping Transit Time
Items shipped via UPS should arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped. Look at the map above to determine actual shipment time as many areas will receive shipments before that time. Items shipped via USPS Priority mail will be received within 2-3 days of being shipped.

Shipping Cost
Most of our items are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail FREE of charge within the contiguous United States. If shipping on the item is free it will be noted within the description of the item. All other shipping charges are calculated via LIVE UPS rates by the shopping cart.

If free shipping is not noted, simply put the item in your shopping cart, enter your zip code in the calculate shipping box and the shipping cost will be calculated for you.

Shipping To Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii requires an extra charge. Please select the UPS Ground shipping option in the cart instead of the Free Shipping option in order to see this charge. If the Free Shipping option is left selected you will be notified that an extra charge is needed to ship your order.

Upgraded Shipping
If an item has free shipping, it ships via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. If you wish to upgrade to quicker shipping, please see the options in your cart when ordering or call us at 1-877-925-5132 for a quote. Upgraded shipping does not include Saturdays or Holidays.

International Shipping
International shipping is available to Canada and other areas. You will be charged the additional shipping to your country and will be responsible for any and all duties and fees charged to get the products across the border. We ship via UPS and USPS. Please email or call us for a shipping quote. Canada customers can order online and the international shipping charges will appear in the cart.
