Order Cancellation Policy

At Septic Solutions, we are committed to processing and fulfilling your orders as quickly as possible to meet your wastewater industry needs. We understand that circumstances may occasionally require you to cancel an order. When Can You Cancel an Order?

You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been marked as "Shipped." Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow the procedures outlined in our Refund/Exchange Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

  • The email address used for the original order

Important Note: The information provided must match the details submitted with the original order to ensure accurate processing. Any discrepancies may delay or prevent the cancellation.

Processing Your Cancellation Request

We strive to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. However, please note the following:

  • Cancellation Fee: If the payment for your order cannot be voided, a cancellation fee of 5% may be applied. This fee covers the payment processing costs associated with both the original charge and the refund.

  • Effort to Accommodate: Our team will make every effort to process your cancellation request before the order is shipped. However, due to our rapid order processing, cancellations are not always possible.

What If Your Order Has Already Shipped?

If your order has been marked as "Shipped," cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, please refer to our Refund/Exchange Policy for guidance on next steps, such as returning the product or requesting a refund.

Due to the fact that we process and fulfill orders immediately, order cancellations cannot be made in most cases. Order cancellation is only possible if the order has not been marked as "Shipped".
