Order Return / Exchange Policy

To return any items, the following Merchandise Return Form must be printed, completed, and included in the box with your items.

REFUND / EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Septic Solutions accepts returns or exchanges for eligible products purchased directly from us within 30 days of the invoice date, subject to prior approval. To initiate a return or exchange, contact our team at 1-877-925-5132 or sales@septicsolutions.com to obtain Return Authorization.

Eligible Returns:

  • Orders purchased within 30 days of the invoice date
  • Products must be in brand new condition, in their original packaging, and include all original documentation (owner's manuals, installation instructions, etc.).

  • Returns must be accompanied by a completed Merchandise Return Form included in the return shipment.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used products, products that have been installed, products missing their original packaging or documentation.

  • Special ordered items, Items marked "Built To Order", and Custom Products are not returnable. Septic Solutions, Inc. may offer products manufactured or assembled to customers specifications (“Custom Product(s)”). Septic Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for verifying or confirming the accuracy of specifications provided by customer to Septic Solutions, Inc. for Custom Products. All Custom Products are sold on a “FINAL SALE” basis only, and no cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed.

  • Items not purchased directly from Septic Solutions.

RESTOCKING FEES & DEDUCTIONS

The restocking fee covers costs incurred by Septic Solutions during the processing, handling, return, and refunding of your order.

  • Standard Products: A 15% restocking fee, plus Septic Solutions’ original shipping costs, may apply to all returns and canceled orders.

  • Whale of a Deal Products: Products marked as part of our Whale of a Deal program are not subject to a Restocking Fee. Original shipping expenses to ship out the item will be the only deduction from the refund on these items.
  • Septic Tank Risers, Lids, and Accessories: A 25% restocking fee, plus original shipping and handling costs, applies.

  • Fee Waiver: Restocking fees are waived exchanges or orders returned due to errors made by Septic Solutions during the sale, processing, or handling of the order.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via a mailed check, covering the cost of the merchandise (excluding any shipping charges or restocking fees).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which must be prepaid.

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected to confirm it meets eligibility criteria.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Report any damaged or missing items within 10 days of receiving your order by contacting sales@septicsolutions.com or 1-877-925-5132. Provide your order number and details of the issue for prompt resolution.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For returns from Canada or other international locations:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, import duties, and any associated fees.

  • Standard restocking fees and conditions apply.

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Contact Septic Solutions to obtain an Return Authorization and return instructions.

  2. Complete and include the Merchandise Return Form with your return.

  3. Ship the product in its original packaging to:

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Returns without prior Return Authorization will not be accepted, and no credits or refunds will be issued.

  • Septic Solutions is not responsible for verifying the accuracy of specifications provided for custom products.

  • Strict adherence to this policy is required for processing returns or exchanges.
