What are the shipping rates at Septic Solutions?

Most products qualify for Free Shipping via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (1-3 business days) within the contiguous U.S., as noted in item descriptions. Other items may use USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) or USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days). Non-free shipping costs (Expedited Options) are based on live FedEx or UPS rates calculated at checkout. We ship from Illinois. What is the return policy?

Returns require prior approval; call 217-925-5992 to start the process. Items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, unopened, in original packaging with all paperwork, for a refund (excluding shipping/handling). Used items are non-refundable. Returns incur a 15% restocking fee plus original shipping/handling costs; risers, lids, and accessories have a 25% fee. Special-order items are non-returnable.
