$50 Pump Exchange Program

Save $50 on your new pump by returning your old one! With our Pump Exchange Program, you can request a prepaid shipping label during checkout to send back your eligible used pump. Once you receive your new pump, repackage your old pump in the same box, apply the provided label, and ship it back. If our technicians determine the pump is repairable, you’ll receive a $50 refund check.

How It Works

Request a Prepaid Label: During checkout, enter the model number and barcode serial number of your old pump in the Order Notes section in Step 5 of the checkout page to qualify (see image on right). You must request the label at the time of order.
Pack Your Old Pump: Securely package your old pump in the box your new pump arrives in.
Apply the Shipping Label: Remove any old labels from the box and attach the prepaid FedEx or UPS return label included with your order.
Ship the Pump: Drop off the package at a FedEx or UPS location, or hand it to the respective driver, based on the label provided.
Refund Processing: Allow 4-8 weeks for us to inspect your pump. If it’s repairable, you’ll receive a $50 check. If not, we’ll email you explaining why it couldn’t be rebuilt.

Important Notes

Eligibility Check: We assess pump repairability only after receiving and inspecting it. Some pumps may differ in appearance or brand but could still qualify; call 1-877-925-5132 if unsure.
Age Restriction: Pumps older than 8 years (verified by barcode serial number) are not accepted.
Non-Repairable Pumps: If a pump cannot be rebuilt or is too costly to repair, we’ll notify you via email. We do not return non-repairable pumps unless you request it in advance and cover return shipping costs.
Geographic Limitation: This program is available only in the contiguous U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and international customers) due to shipping costs.
No Guarantees: While we strive to rebuild returned pumps, repairability is not guaranteed.
