Little Giant WE20 Applications

The Little WE Series High Head Effluent Pumps are most commonly used in high pressure water removal applications such as spray irrigation or underground drip irrigation. These submersible pumps can handle only clean, treated effluent with no solids. They are normally installed after an Aerobic Treatment System.

MID-SUCTION OVER BOTTOM-SUCTION DESIGN

The WE20G05P4-21’s mid-suction design is a key advantage for aerobic septic systems. By positioning the intake in the middle of the pump, it prevents debris from clogging the intake screen, as solids settle at the bottom of the pump tank. This reduces maintenance needs and extends pump life compared to bottom-suction models like the Franklin C1 Series or Sta-Rite Dominator, which can be more prone to clogging in systems with residual particles.
