Aerobic Septic System Control Panels
BIO-B
CONTROL PANELS FOR AEROBIC SYSTEMS
Designed to manage and monitor the operation of aerobic treatment units (ATUs), these durable, user-friendly panels ensure your system runs efficiently, delivering clean wastewater and preventing costly failures. Perfect for homeowners and septic professionals, our control panels offer advanced features, reliable performance, and easy installation.
- Centralized Control: The panel manages the operation of the aerobic system’s air pump (for aeration), effluent pump (for wastewater transfer), and alarms (for system alerts).
- Automated Operation: Built-in timers or sensors regulate aeration cycles and dosing schedules, ensuring consistent treatment and efficient wastewater flow to the drain field.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Integrated alarms alert you to high water levels, pump failures, or power issues via audible buzzers and visual lights, preventing system overloads.
- Manual Overrides: Allows manual control for testing, troubleshooting, or emergency operation, giving you full command over your system.
AIRA-GUARD AGAD120-APT & BIO-A CONTROL PANEL FEATURES
- Three Circuit Breakers for Air Pump, Submersible Pump, and Alarm
- Outgoing Power for Air Pump
- Outgoing Power for Submersible Pump
- Timer to Control Submersible Pump with Timer Override Option
- Manual Pump Test Switch
- High Water Alarm
- Air Pump Failure Alarm (Pressure Sensor)
- Run / Test / Mute Toggles for Each Alarm
The double light control panels work best on aerobic systems that include a submersible pump and a spray irrigation or sprinkler system. These panels include three breakers for the alarm circuit, air pump circuit, and submersible pump circuit. It includes separate alarms for both high water and air pump failure. The high water alarm operates from a float switch in the tank, while the air pump failure alarm uses a pressure switch connected to the pump via a 1/8’’ airline. This panel also includes a timer which allows you to control what segments of the day you wish to have the submersible pump come on (as little as 15 minute intervals).
AIRA-GUARD AGAD120-AP & BIO-B CONTROL PANEL FEATURES
- Three Circuit Breakers for Air Pump, Submersible Pump, and Alarm
- Outgoing Power for Air Pump
- Outgoing Power for Submersible Pump
- High Water Alarm
- Air Pump Failure Alarm (Pressure Sensor)
- Run / Test / Mute Toggles for Each Alarm
These double light control panels are identical to the AGAD120-APT & BIO-A panel listed above, with one exception. The AGAD120-AP & BIO-B do not have a timer to operate the submersible pump. This means the pump will come on when the tank is full, or on demand as some will call it. All of the other functions remain the same.
AIRA-GUARD AGAS120PT & BIO-C CONTROL PANEL FEATURES
- Three Circuit Breakers for Air Pump, Submersible Pump, and Alarm
- Outgoing Power for Air Pump
- Outgoing Power for Submersible Pump
- Timer to Control Submersible Pump with Timer Override Option
- High Water Alarm
- Run / Test / Mute Toggles for High Water Alarm
The AGAS120-PT & BIO-C single light control panels are also very similar to the AGAD120-APT & BIO-A. However, the AGAS120PT & BIO-C panels do not have a pressure switch, which means it will not give you an alarm for air pump failure. The AGAS120PT & BIO-C have a high water alarm only, however they will still supply power to an air pump. This panel includes a timer for the submersible pump.
AIRA-GUARD AGAD120 & BIO-D CONTROL PANEL FEATURES
- Three Circuit Breakers for Air Pump, Submersible Pump, and Alarm
- Outgoing Power for Air Pump
- Outgoing Power for Submersible Pump
- High Water Alarm
- Run / Test / Mute Toggles for High Water Alarm
The AGAD120 & BIO-D panels do not have a pressure switches to signal air pump failure, and they also do not have a timer for the submersible pump. These panels will power both the air pump and submersible pump, and give you an audible and visual alarm for high water.
BIO-T TIME DOSING CONTROL PANEL FEATURES
- Three Circuit Breakers for Air Pump, Submersible Pump, and Alarm
- Outgoing Power for Air Pump
- Outgoing Power for Submersible Pump
- Repeat Cycle Timer for Time Dosing Applications
- Timer Override
- Manual Pump Test Switch
- High Water Alarm
- Air Pump Failure Alarm (Pressure Sensor)
- Run / Test / Mute Toggles for Each Alarm
The BIO-T Aerobic Time Dosing control panel is designed for use on aerobic systems that have a submersible pump using a timed dose application. The most common use for this panel is on underground drip irrigation systems. The control panel includes a circuit for the air pump, a circuit for the submersible pump, and a control circuit. The BIO Aerobic Time Dosing panel includes a pressure sensor and alarm for air pump failure, and a high water alarm for submersible pump failure. It also includes the Omron Repeat Cycle timer to control the time dosing functions of the submersible pump.
SHAFT AERATOR CONTROL PANELS
Our RWT series control panels are designed to work with shaft style aerators on Jet and Norweco Singulair Aeration Systems. The include an alarm for aerator failure and a high water alarm. The RWT-1L-NPC is for a system with an aerator and no submersible pump. The RWT-1L is for a system with an aerator and a submersible pump.
