Alderon GOOP Grease Trap & Oil Separator Alarm System
PrintThe GOOP alarm is a universal alarm designed for detecting grease or oil within water-oil/grease separator tanks. Two suspended grease/water conductivity probes are installed in the grease trap or oil separator. When grease or oil surrounds the tip of a suspension probe, the alarm is activated.
When the alarm is activated, the beacon flashes red, and the buzzer and alarm dry contacts are activated. The buzzer can be silenced by activating the test/silence toggle switch. The alarm automatically resets when the alarm condition is cleared, and the beacon turns green, indicating that the system is operating normally.
